Elegance Senior Living "Fun is the Whole Point 0.5k"

The finish line is just 0.5k away, and getting there is all the fun!

Elegance Senior Living communities are teaming up with Blessings in a Backpack help kids facing food insecurity in a no-pressure, all-fun way. The Fun is the Whole Point 0.5k is part of Making Memories, our signature event series designed to make 2024 a year to remember together! 

How does it work? 

This 0.5k "race" is for folks who don't want to go the literal extra mile, but do want to raise money to help feed hungry kids. You'll find all the familiar elements of a race, with no training or effort required. 

Go the whole 546 yards in whatever way you choose - walk roll, strut, or stroll. Bust a few dance moves. By all means, wear a wacky costume. Invite your family and friends, the more humans the merrier!
